We primarily collect information directly from patients. In certain circumstances, and with appropriate authority, we may also obtain information from third parties such as other treating practitioners, hospitals, or diagnostic service providers and the My Health Record. In limited situations, we may also collect information from other people, such as your relatives or friends.

Clinical images: From time to time, we may also take photographs or images with your consent
obtained at the time, including on a personal device.
Website use: When you visit our website, we collect information through Google Analytics and
Cloudflare. This information is not personal information as you are not identified or reasonably identifiable.

Your initial consultation begins with a private, no commitment conversation with your surgeon, Dr Julian Liew, in a relaxed and professional environment. Dr Liew will take the time to listen and understand your specific expectations and concerns pertaining to your procedure. Dr Liew will advise you on your suitability for your procedure, assisted by clinical photographs and other technically advanced tools. On completion of your consultation, you will have accurate and realistic information regarding your surgical options and potential results and have an understanding of their risks and benefits. This will allow you to confidently contemplate your important decision regarding your procedure. All surgical costs involved with your treatment and recovery will also be discussed with you during your consultation. You will have the opportunity to has all of your questions answered.
Dr Liew will discuss and design your personalised operative plan based on your individual concerns, goals and expectations. From your first contact with The Clinic Plastic Surgery, to your consultation, surgery and recovery, you can expect to be treated as a valued member of our Clinic Plastic Surgery Family. Dr Julian Liew is a Specialist and Reconstructive Surgeon accredited by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr Liew is an experienced and respected plastic surgeon and only operates in Accredited Hospitals with Accredited Consultant Anaesthetists who are experts in their field.
Your procedure will be unique to you. We take the time to listen and understand your expectations and concerns to create your own personal surgical solution.
